We have a fully equipped dark room for carrying out black and white photograph development up to A3 size. Chemicals (developer, etc) are available to use and are included in the hourly studio costs. For more information please click here.
Studios
We have 9 artists studios available at very reasonable rates, to support emerging and established artists. Please contact us for further information or to add your name to the waiting list.
Shop
Our shop sells a wide range of printmaking papers and inks and other related sundries such as sketchbooks, all at very competitive prices. We sell to both members and non-members. Please email us for an up to date price list.
Building Access
Both floors have disabled ramp access; however, there is no lift between floors. Our printing presses and other equipment may not be suitable for some disabled people, but we aim to meet the needs of all centre users and participants and will do whatever we can to help.
Toilets
The building has a shared toilet on each floor. The toilet on the upper floor (street level) should meet the requirements of all disabled users.
Local Amenities
Our location on the main road through Mirfield town centre means we have a good selection of amenities right on our doorstep. There is a bakery next door, two small supermarkets very close by and some excellent small cafes just across the road.
