Membership

We offer different levels of membership here at WYPW. Have a look at the benefits of each below and if you want to join us you can buy your new membership online today. 

Once you have joined, you will need to contact us to arrange your induction session. All new members are required to have an induction to the technique they wish to practice before they can use the facilities. 

Associate Membership

Associate membership is an entry level membership for those who don’t have the time to make full use of the facilities on a regular basis.

Benefits Include:

– Regular members opportunities bulletin.
– Opportunities to participate in/attend events and exhibitions.
– 10% discount on courses.

Associate members with printmaking experience can book workshop time at £5 per hour (during normal opening hours). Booking system in place.

Cost: £30 per year, plus £5 per hour workshop time.

Standard Membership

Benefits include:

– Access to all workshop and facilities during opening hours. Booking system in place.
– Technical support available 3 days a week.
– Regular members opportunities bulletin.
– Opportunities to participate in/attend events and exhibitions.
– Specialist materials at affordable prices.
– 10% discount on courses.
– Discount for use of gallery/workshop space.

Cost: £75 per year plus £3.oo per hour workshop time
(includes 10 workshop hours to get you started) 

Key Holder Membership

After 25 hours of workshop use and in agreement with the Print Studio Co-ordinator, you can apply for key holder membership. In addition to receiving all the benefits of Standard Membership you receive a key to the building and access to the facilities at any time.

Cost: £15.00 per month plus hourly workshop charge, in addition to the annual Standard Membership fee.

Volunteers

We are a registered charity, and welcome volunteers who may wish to assist with the running of the print workshop. Volunteer duties can include helping out with office work and IT, marketing, general maintenance work and running/assisting in workshops and courses.

We welcome new volunteers with appropriate skills from any background. Please note anyone wishing to volunteer for children’s, young people or vulnerable adults activities shall be required to have a current DBS (formally CRB) certificate.
