Vacancy at WYPW Mirfield

We have a vacancy for a part time Office Administrator.

Initially this post will be offered on a 6 month temporary contract. The successful applicant will work for 2 days per week, 5 hours each day. A good working knowledge of both using and setting up Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Word documents is essential and a working knowledge of Quickbooks 2008 accounting system, and Microsoft Access, would be a definite advantage.

We need an Administrator who has previous experience of working in an organised office environment and who can demonstrate that they have the ability to maintain existing systems and introduce new ones when necessary. We need someone with an enthusiastic and positive attitude who can work on their own with minimum supervision.
Good communication skills both face to face and on the telephone are essential.

An interest in printmaking whilst not essential would be advantageous.
